Many times customers call Quality Clutch & Gear with symptoms of a problem with their vehicle, but they are unsure of the cause of the problem or how much it would cost to repair their vehicle. Most other shops charge a minimum diagnostic fee just to look at your vehicle, and then they work on your vehicle without giving you a true cost of the repairs, or even obtaining your permission to do the work. Some shops and dealerships are notorious for having the customer sign a blank repair order so that they can charge for anything they want.
At Quality Clutch & Gear when we say free check outs, free road tests, and free estimates, we mean it! If we find something wrong with your vehicle that requires repair work or additional diagnostic time, we get your permission first before we continue. No surprises!
